Weekly Weight Loss: 0.6 lbs

Non Scale Victories: Not too much to report this week.  I only went on one run and 3 walks.

Total Weight Loss: 33.8 lbs

This Week’s Goals:  Again, my goal is to run or walk every day.  Also, drink at least 100 oz. of water each day.
